Listening In: Hearing the Holy Spirit in Coaching and Leadership

Leadership is often described as making quick decisions, standing strong, and inspiring others.
But what if the most powerful leadership move isn’t speaking — it’s listening?
Listening In is what I call tuning into the voice of the Holy Spirit.
It's a leadership practice that has changed everything for me.
How Listening In Works
Before any coaching session or leadership meeting, I pray a simple prayer:
"Lord, help me hear what You hear."
And He does.
The Holy Spirit helps me pick up on things — the unspoken fears, the silent longings, the dreams tucked away in a leader’s heart.
Amazing Things Happen When You Listen In
Real Leadership Starts Here
Listening In isn’t passive. It’s powerful.
It’s choosing to be Spirit-led, not self-led.
It’s trusting that God knows what your team, your client, your church needs even more than you do.
If you’re a Christian leader or coach, Listening isn’t optional. It’s essential.
Start practicing it today. Watch how God moves.
