Listening Is More Than a Skill — It’s Obedience
I used to think listening was just a skill I could master.
Now I know — listening is obedience.
The Bible talks about listening as an act of following God. It’s not passive. It’s active.
Hearing vs Listening
Hearing is the sound waves bouncing off your ears.
Listening is responding.
Listening is saying, “I hear You, God — and I will follow.”
Listening In Is About Trust
In coaching, I practice Listening In.
I trust that the Holy Spirit knows what needs to be revealed.
I lean into His nudges when a client says something heavy or when something needs more space.
This Isn’t Just for Coaching
It’s for parenting.
It’s for marriage.
It’s for leadership.
It’s for life.
Listening In invites the Holy Spirit into every conversation. And when He shows up, everything changes.
If you want to grow deeper in your leadership, in your faith, and in your coaching, start Listening In.
It’s the difference between good leadership and God-led leadership.
