After walking through many seasons in my own life of learning to listen, this book is the result of my own listening.
Hearing and Listening are different.
As you will learn throughout these pages, listening is connected to obedience.
In fact, listening is connected to everything relational!
Without my own obedience to God's Voice, this book wouldn't exist.
It is an act of love on my part, toward the Father.
My hope for this book is that those who pick it up will be doubly blessed in their relationships.

This book is set up for application for everyone who reads it. You will find short applications at the end of each chapter for Children of Father God, Leaders, Coaches, and Families. As you will soon see, listening is key to building intimacy and strengthening every relationship.
As a professional coach, I am trained in listening and marvel at how this simple, intentional act can help so many people with their own journey, no matter where they are.
I coach individuals, leaders, and teams in the workplace, with volunteers, in ministry settings, and healthcare providers.
There is such a great space available for listening in all walks of life!
As you prepare your heart and mind (and ears) to receive all the God has for you in this book, I pray that you can hear, listen, and do more of what God has designed for you to do.
